Do you offer a warranty?

The labor performed by our shop is guaranteed against any defect in workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle. This warranty covers labor only and does not apply to parts, materials, or equipment which may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.

When is payment due for insurance related accidents?

Payment is due upon completion of repairs. Special arrangements can be made so be sure to speak with the office prior to starting repairs.

Do you close for lunch?

No, we are open during lunch for your convenience!

What does OEM parts mean?

OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer.

What is an aftermarket part?

An Aftermarket Part is any vehicle part not sourced from the vehicle’s manufacturer.

How does the quality of aftermarket parts compare with original equipment parts?

Some are manufactured by the same supplier and may even be warrantied longer than original equipment parts. Aftermarket parts supplied by Keystone meet or exceed manufacturers’ specifications.

Are you open on Saturdays?

The office and the body shop are closed on Saturdays. Special arrangements can be made to pickup vehicles during the weekend.

Can you match my paint color?

With our state of the art mixing & spraying equipment, our techs work hard to ensure a proper paint match with every job!

How long will my repairs take?

Length of repairs is based on the total number of labor hours on your estimate. Each estimate will state a number of repair days based on those labor hours. As a general rule, drivable cars are scheduled in on Mondays & whenever possible completed before Friday. Be sure to check with the estimator for more specifics.
